TRAINING COURSES - STANDARD EDITION

Danic staff at the client organization site usually provides Danic Tools Training. In most cases, a "Train the Trainer" approach is implemented so that clients may continue to train employees according to their own needs. A standard of three Basic User training courses is required before the client can provide its' own training to employees.

TRAINING COURSES - ASP

Danic Tools Training is usually provided by Danic staff at the client organization site. In most cases, a "Train the Trainer" approach is implemented so that clients may continue to train employees according to their own needs. A standard of three Basic User training courses is required before the client can provide its' own training to employees.

One of the advantages of using Danic's ASP Services is that all database administration is done by Danic staff, thus reducing the amount of training required.

Training Terms and Conditions

The following is a list of training terms and conditions:

Courses that are provided for all users are limited to six (6) students.
Courses provided for System Administrators are limited to three (3) students.
Level 1 courses are prerequisites for Level 2 courses.
Prerequisites for the System Administrator courses are the Basic User Level 1 and 2 courses.
Training is usually provided on the client worksite. Where this is the case, the client is required to provide or setup an adequate training room for training purposes.

Travel Terms

Travel costs are not included in the course prices. Where training requires Danic staff to stay overnight, per diem rates are applied to cover the cost of hotels, meals and transportation to and from the training site. Where travel to and from the client location exceeds four (4) hours one way, travel time is charged. The following rate divisions are applied for travel reimbursement:
