Danic Technology requires all user organizations to have case managers /supervisors responsible and accountable for the integrity of the data on each and every individual in the database. Danic imposes the same discipline on itself to assure the integrity and success of Danic installations. Every user organization is assigned a Danic account manager ultimately responsible for the successful implementation and support of their system. User calls to Danic’s toll free support line 9-5 EST are taken live and quickly directed to the responsible account manager or support staff. Staff can be contacted whether in or out of the office. Danic Technology uses Danic Tools itself and related software to manage the support process. Because Danic Tools is configured to the meet the unique needs of each user organization, Danic Technology necessarily maintains up-to-date, on-line profiles of each user model and database for reference. Staff track the issues, outcomes and time spent in support of each user, and use this information to surface systemic problems and to set fitting annual support fees each year. The issues and outcomes are also posted and monitored on Danic’s “Project Tracker” site. Project Tracker is used by staff and authorized users alike to register problems, track progress identify solutions and suggest improvements—technical and organizational. Support agreements are renewed on an annual basis; support fees are adjusted to reflect historical use. All agreements provide for stepped-up Danic support in the event the User organization loses key internal staff.

As a registered user of Danic Technology Products, you have access to our complete on-line support system. This interactive support resource provides access to product update downloads, issue resolution, FAQs and more. To access the Danic Project Tracker, you must have a registered installation of a Danic Technology product. To obtain logon rights to the Danic Project Tracker, please contact Danic Support via phone or e-mail.
