This is our newest service; it is available to organizations that wish to utilize the full functionality of Danic Tools, without incurring the costs of a SQL server and the time and expense of employing persons to maintain both the server and the Danic Tools database.

Danic Tools Version 2.2 ASP Services includes the Danic Tools software at no charge, with the “Model Database” installed on local machines. This “model” database provides the user with the organization’s customizations around rules, security, actions, calculations, custom forms and reports. This database is an MS-Access 2000 database that resides locally on each computer.

Connection to the second database is made with an Internet connection. It is housed and maintained at Danic’s Data Centre. This second database stores the organization’s data. A high-speed connection is recommended to optimize performance, but full functionality exists even across narrow bandwidth.

The service is priced on the basis of concurrent connections; the software may be installed on any number of machines. Monthly subscription feed cover User Support, on-going upgrades to the software and up to 30 Hours of design, model and database changes per year.
