Schedule

Danic Tools includes an integrated scheduling system that provides a number of advantages over traditional scheduling programs. The key features of the object "Schedule" are:

Search for available time for People
Search for available time for Facilities
Day View
Week View
Month View
Allows multiple booking for the same time slot

In Danic Tools every person and every facility has a schedule. This means that if you are a staff member you could look up your client's "Schedule" and see their appointments in any given time period. You could also look up a boardroom's schedule to see whether or not it is being used at the time you want it. You can search for available time in a date range for people and/or facilities.
