Danic Technology, Inc. was founded to meet the needs of the broad spectrum of human service agencies in North America. The universal design of the Danic Case Administration Model (DCAM) works for virtually every type of organization providing any type of services and supports to individuals.

Most case management / agency management software is pre-fabricated to meet the needs of particular human service industries or markets (disabilities, behavioral health, family and children’s services, juvenile justice, …). The DCAM model fits all—explaining why Danic has been particularly attractive to agencies serving multiple markets.

Danic doesn’t prefabricate software products (models) to address the peculiar needs (e.g. data, reporting, billing, ..) of different human service markets because it doesn’t need to. As Danic Tools is object relational in design, the elements built for current clients are available for use by future clients. Data sets, forms, reports, billing routines, and other elements peculiar to an industry, state, … once built for one agency are available to others. As the number of agencies using Danic in each market increases so does Danic’s store of ready-made system elements with which to build.

Danic is able to configure a system for most clients in weeks—compared to months for non-object-oriented software--even with no systems in store. With systems in store, it can be a matter of days. The markets highlighted are those in which Danic’s store of knowledge and elements is abundant: disabilities, mental health, child welfare and counseling.
