Version 2.2 Build 0009 Updates and Enhancements			October 08, 2002


1.Service Limits - Fixed
	- Service Limits on filing contacts with financials turned on were not being 	checked, this has been fixed.

2. Financials - Statements - Fixed
	- Printing of r_statement_with_person_details was including sub totals in the opening balance calculation and using 		the financial_amount not the financial_entry_amount. This has been fixed.  It was affecting Batch Printing of 			Non-zero Balance Statements
	- Create Statement was not creating statements properly for people with # in their address. This has been fixed 

3. To Do List-Casey/Danic Assistant- Create Statements - Fixed.
	- The create statement in the Danic Assistant was not working on MSSQL 	databases, it was creating statement entries 		but not a statement, this has 	been fixed.

4. Concurrent Registrations - Updated
	- Concurrent registration databases now right a logon_record into a new logon_record table.  Please call technical 		support for help setting this up.
	- Concurrent Registrations now check the next valid id each time a registration number is used.
	- Concurrent Registrations now select the next available registration number with the smallest next_id

5. HTML Reports - Fixed
	- HTML Reports would not generate a report greater than 33765 characters. This has been fixed

6. Contacts - Overlapping Contacts
	- On Saving of contacts that butted against each other where triggering the overlap message, this has been fixed.

7. Custom Reports -Preview Report - Fixed
	- Custom reports that used a query with the :ActiveUser parameter gave an application error, this has been fixed.

8. Custom Reports -Computed Fields - Updated	
	- Computed fields now have a format box to specify the format of the data in the computed field.

9. Custom Reports - Report Designer - Updated
	- The Report Designer has been updated to allow selection of multiple fields using the control key.
	- The Report Designer has been updated with a right mouse menu to modify all selected fields.

10. Service Plans - Changed
	- Service Plans are now called Case Templates, you will need to rename the ServicePlan Class to CaseTemplate in the 		Model.  Case Templates were not properly applying the offset on the open_date of the case, this has been fixed.

11. Schedule - Fixed
	- There was a security hole in schedule with being able to move filed contacts, this has been fixed.

12. Sign On - Updated
	- The staff list on the sign on screen now only includes People with a Role of role type Staff who have a Security 		Profile and a password. This has been done for speed.  You can use the following syntax to find staff that have a 		sign on but no security profile

	INNER JOIN sign_on ON person.person_id = sign_on.parent_id
	LEFT JOIN person_profile ON person.person_id = person_profile.parent_id

13. Object Explorer - Updated
	- Object explorer now only shows Active Groups when you drill down on a Person.
	- Object Explorer now only shows Active relationships when you drill down on a Person or Organization
	- Object explorer now only shows Active People in a Group when you drill down on an Organization.

14. Person Search - Fixed/Updated
	- Person Search/ right mouse print was pulling the wrong report for the person class, this has been fixed.
	- Person Search Saved files were talking a long time to load.  Any new src files create will take much less time to 		load.  I would suggest recreating your existing src files with the updated person search.
	- Person Search Contact based criteria and Facts- A new three state check box has been added to person search for 		filed or unfiled or all contacts it appears under the SQL button.	

15. Survey Statistics - Fixed
	- Survey Statistics was not returning any data when a date rabge was used against a SQL database.  this has been 		fixed


16. Registration - Unique id - Updated
	-Each registration number can now write up to 2,176,782,335 valid unique id's before needing to be reregistered.  		This is a change from the previous limit of 999,999 unique id's

17. Query Designer - Fields Tab - Updated
	-The query designer was not putting column names for Facts in the SQl syntax, this has been fixed.
	-The fields list has been updated to show non visible relationships
 
18. Get Parameters Screen - Updated
	- When the parameter screen opens the cursor is now in the first parameter field.


19. Danic.ini - Updated
	- There is a new tempfolder variable in the Danic.ini file under the locations section.  It is used for the 			tempdw.pbl for previewing of custom reports.

20. Options - Added
	- There is a new option to stop the Danic.ini file being updated with window positions and size changes, it is 		CLIENTSERV , you need to manually add the value to your database, please call technical support if you need help with 	this.

21. Person Statistics Report - Fixed
	- The active in Group check box on the person stats report was incorrectly applying the Case Range to the report.  It 	has been fixed to ensure that the person was active in the group while the case or contact was open.
