Version 2.2 Build 0008 Updates and Enhancements			July 15, 2002


1. Graphs - Added
	- A new custom graphing tool has been added. See the Graphing document for more information
	Note: an option value record must be added to the database for this functionality, contact Danic to 
	for information and training if required.

2. Financials - Updated
	- Rate split expressions can now handle Case based fact information.
	- The expressions must start with Case.

3. Security - Assign/UnAssign on CaseTab - Fixed
	- The Assign and Unassign classes were checking by classid not class name, this has been fixed.

4. Receive Updates - Fixed
	- Receive updates would not delete the update file even if all transactions were successfully applied,
	this has been fixed.

5. Security - Updated
	- Enhancement consisting of a new class and responsibilities to add profile security functionality where 
	permissions can be set on menu items.
	- Functions through the Menus class visible responsibilities, can be set to None so all menu items can be
	restricted, or to Accounting, Edit, File, Fund Raising, Graphs, Help, Import (In the Maintenance menu), 
	Maintenance, Maintenance List (In the Maintenance menu), Reports, Sites, View, Window

	- File MenuSecurity.mdb is required to implement this enhancement

	1. Copy the records from the class and class_responsibility tables into the client model, or
	connect to the model with Danic Tools and receive the transaction records. Redistribute the 
	model to all client machines as required.

	2. Receive MenuSecurity.mdb as an update the Central database (14 transactions should be
	successfully received), close and restart Danic Tools.

	3. Following steps 1 & 2, the Menus class will be on the permission tab of the profile. Set
	as needed.

6. Report Designer - Updated
	- Custom report designer now prompts for a confirmation on rebuild of a report.
	- Save as Dw - Fixed
		The save as Dw was not writing the retreival arguments correctly this has been fixed

7. Object Import - updated
	- Maintenance/Import (Object Import) can now handle Microsoft Access Files as well as xml files.  A New 
	version of Danic Bridge Version 2.2 Build 0005 will generate both kinds of files.  The Microsoft Access 
	files take no time to load but are larger. 

8. Payments - Updated
	- r_payment has been fixed for printing of payments

9. Person Search/Group Search/Donor Search - Updated
	- The Criteria/Column window has been widened (Note: [WinCoord] records w_select_criteria and 
	w_select_columns in the danic.ini file need to be cleared for this change to be in effect).
	- Case/Contact multilpe choice questions were giving an "Attempt to bind to nonexistant column" on
	the drop down box. This has been fixed.

10. Issue/Problem Report - Fixed
	- The New Case criteria was not being applied correctly, this has been fixed.

11. Concurrent registrations - Fixed
	- Concurrent registration numbers were not being released if not completely signed on to Danic Tools. 
	This has been fixed

12. Custom Query Design - Updated
	- ActiveUser can now be used as a parameter in a query.  It does not have to be declared, but will
	be replaced on query execution with the userid of the user currently signed on to Danic Tools, here
	is an example of query syntax where it might be used
	
	SELECT person.last_name + ', ' + person.first_name FROM person where person.reports_to_id = :ActiveUser 

13. Date Format on Parameters - Updated
	- Certain date formats were not returning data when used on parameters, this has been fixed.

14. Receipts - Fixed
	- Receipts using w_receipt were not autonumbering, this has been fixed.

15. Reconcilliaction Report - Fixed
	- The reconcilliation resport with financial line detail was report on subtotal lines, these have
	been removed.

16. Service Limits - Fixed
	- Service Limits on filing contacts with financials turned on were not being checked, this has been fixed.

17. SQL Server password encryption in Danic.ini file functionality added
	- The ability to encrypt the SQL password in the danic.ini file is accomplished by selecting the
	Encrypt check box on the database selection screen when changing data location.  This only works
	with SQL applications.

18. Financials - Added
	- The Statement list can now be found under Accounting/Client Accounting / Statements. 

19.ToDo List - Fixed
	- 60 Day Alarm was ignoring the number of days if it was changed after you had searched , this has been fixed.
