Corporate Profile

Danic Technology Inc. is a privately owned company that was incorporated in 1995 by Jonathan Benton, President. The company was founded as a provider of services and software tools embracing the principles and methods of the "Danic Case Administration Model" (DCAM). Mr. Benton developed the DCAM method of managing a Human Services practice in 1988, as a part of his long history in building software for service organizations in Canada. Danic is headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Other Canadian offices are located in Toronto, Calgary and Niagara Falls.

In October of 2000, Danic acquired Managed Support Systems (MSS) located in Cambridge, MA, then the exclusive reseller of the Danic Tools software in the United States. The office relocated to Needham, MA in 2001. It is directed by John Ashbaugh, Vice President. Prior to joining Danic, Mr. Ashbaugh served as the Vice-President of the Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) for 23 years and President of MSS for two.

Danic has grown to become a leading developer of Human Services Information Systems and software solutions. Danic Tools has been successfully implemented in a wide range of mental health, EAP, developmental disability and other social service organizations across Canada and the United States.

Our experienced staff are able to furnish human service providers with the training, support and technological tools that address the high demands of today’s individually-driven, information-based human service organizations.
